Counselling Approach
My goal is always to focus on my clients, treating them as unique individuals and with care and respect at all times. In this I will seek, with you, to establish a two way therapeutic relationship, where you might have time and space to find the resources and resilience within yourself for change to take place.
I use a relational, integrative approach to counselling which is rooted in the Person Centred Approach. I can talk with you more about what this means for the work, when we speak together.
I have attended training in the use of creative interventions in counselling and may offer those to you if you would find them helpful.
